You can request a refund for your first subscription payment within 5 days of that payment. After that, the refund window closes. Use the refund request form and tell us the reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the timing depends on your payment provider or bank.
Request a refundCancel in one click from the subscription page, with no questions asked. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each period, with a reminder before renewal. If a payment fails, a 2-day grace period follows, then the account becomes read-only until it is paid.
