Agreement and acceptance
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and System RiseUp. They apply when you visit the Website, create an Account, subscribe to a Product or use any of the Services.
You accept these Terms when you create an Account, tick a box or click a button that refers to them, make a payment, or continue to use the Services. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Services.
The Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of these Terms. Please read them as well.
Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, and be able to enter into a binding contract;
- use the Products for your business, trade or profession. Our Products are built for business owners and their teams, not for household use;
- give true, accurate and complete information when you sign up and when you pay, and keep it up to date;
- not be barred from using the Services under the laws that apply to you, and not have had an Account suspended or closed by us for breaking these Terms.
If you accept these Terms on behalf of a business or another organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to them.
Use of the Website
You may browse the Website and use its content for your own information, for example to learn about us and our Products or to contact us. You may not copy, republish or sell the Website’s content, or use it in a way that suggests a connection with us that does not exist, without our written permission.
We work to keep the information on the Website accurate and current. Product details, plans and prices can change. The plan, price and billing period that apply to you are the ones shown at checkout when you subscribe.
Forms on the Website, such as the contact form and the refund request form, must be used honestly and only for their stated purpose.
Our products and product-specific terms
System RiseUp develops, owns and operates its Products. SeeYourProfit, our first SaaS product, is developed and operated by System RiseUp and is available at seeyourprofit.com (opens in a new tab).
Each Product has its own website or pages that describe its features, plans, prices and how it works. Those descriptions, together with what you accept at checkout, make up the offer for that Product, and they apply together with these Terms. If a Product’s own pages say something different about refunds, cancellation or billing, these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.
If a specific feature of a Product has additional rules, those rules are shown inside that Product.
You can see every Product we run on our Products page.
Your account and its security
In shortYou are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
Some Products require an Account. When you create and use one, you agree to:
- give accurate information, including a valid email address that you can access;
- keep your password secret and not reuse it for other services;
- not share your Account with people outside your business, and not sell or transfer it to anyone;
- sign out when you use a shared device.
You are responsible for all activity under your Account, except activity that happens after you have told us that your Account has been compromised. If you think someone has used your Account without permission, change your password at once and contact us at info@systemriseup.com.
We may ask you to confirm your identity or your ownership of an Account before we act on a request about it, such as a refund, a change of email address or a request about your data.
Subscriptions and plans
In shortYou choose a plan, pay for the period in advance, and use the Product for that period.
Paid Products are offered as subscriptions. SeeYourProfit currently offers monthly, 6-month and yearly plans, as shown on its pricing page (opens in a new tab). Each plan gives you access to the Product for its billing period.
Subscriptions are billed in advance: at the start of each billing period you pay for the period ahead. The plan, its price in US dollars (USD) and its billing period are shown before you confirm payment.
What each plan includes is described on the Product’s website. Unless stated otherwise, one subscription covers one Account.
- Choose a plan Monthly, 6 months or yearly, priced in USD.
- Pay in advance Each payment covers the billing period ahead.
- Use the product Full access for the whole period you paid for.
- Renews automatically You are reminded first. It renews until you cancel.
- If you cancel The next renewal stops. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Changed your mind? Request a refund of the first payment within 5 days of paying.
-
If a renewal payment fails
- A short grace period to update your payment
- Read-only access, with your data kept
- Pay to restore full access
Payments
In shortCard payments go through our payment processor. You authorise us to charge your plan’s price each billing period until you cancel.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. When you pay, you also accept the processor’s terms that apply to the payment. We do not receive or store your full card number; the payment processor handles card data.
By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the plan you chose at the start of each billing period, until you cancel. You confirm that you are allowed to use that payment method.
Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Where taxes apply, they are shown at checkout or added as the law requires. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion. Those fees are a matter between you and your bank.
Failed payments. You are reminded before a renewal is due. If the renewal payment fails, you get a short grace period to update your payment details. If payment is still not made after that, the Account may become read-only until you pay, as described on the Product’s website. In SeeYourProfit, your data is kept while the Account is read-only, and renewing restores full access straight away.
Keep your details current. Keep your contact and payment details up to date, so that payments go through and you receive notices about your Account.
Automatic renewal and price changes
In shortYour subscription renews by itself until you cancel. If a price changes, we tell you first, and the new price starts from your next renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, for a period of the same length and at the current price of your plan, until you cancel. The renewal is charged to the payment method on file.
We may change plan prices. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before your next renewal, for example inside your Account or by email. The new price applies from your first renewal after that notice, never to a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before your renewal date.
If you subscribed at a special or discounted price, that price may change at renewal. When it does, the advance-notice rule above applies.
Cancellation
In shortCancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account. In SeeYourProfit, you cancel in one click from the subscription page, without having to give a reason.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; refunds follow the next section.
When the paid period ends, the paid subscription stops. In SeeYourProfit, your data is kept and the Account becomes read-only. You can subscribe again at any time to restore full access.
If you cannot reach the cancellation page, contact us at info@systemriseup.com before your renewal date and we will cancel the renewal for you.
Refunds
In shortYou can request a refund of your first subscription payment within 5 days of paying, using the refund request form.
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary:
- You can request a refund of the first payment of a subscription within 5 days of that payment, through the refund request form. The form asks for the reason for your request.
- After 5 days, the refund window for that payment has passed.
- Renewal payments are not refundable once the new billing period has started. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
- Billing errors, such as being charged twice or being charged after you cancelled, are corrected in full once confirmed, whatever the date.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on the payment processor and your bank.
We may refuse a refund where there are clear signs of abuse, for example repeated sign-ups and refund requests to use a Product without paying.
Nothing in this section limits any refund right you have under the law that applies to you.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
In shortIf a charge looks wrong, contact us first, so we can look into it and correct a real mistake directly.
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will look into it and correct any charge that turns out to be a mistake.
If you open a dispute, we will give the payment processor the relevant information about your Account, your subscription and your use of the Product, so that it can decide the case.
Opening a dispute for a payment you authorised and for a service you received, or opening a dispute in bad faith, is a breach of these Terms. In those cases we may suspend access to the Account while the dispute is open, close the Account if the dispute turns out to be unfounded or fraudulent, and, where the law allows, recover the amount owed and the costs the dispute caused us, such as the processor’s dispute fees.
This does not affect your right to dispute a charge that is genuinely unauthorised or wrong.
Acceptable use
In shortUse the Services lawfully and fairly. Do not harm us, other users or the Services.
You agree not to do any of the following, and not to help or allow anyone else to do them:
- use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful, including money laundering, tax evasion or hiding where money comes from;
- add or process data that you have no right to hold or use, including other people’s personal data without a lawful basis;
- access, or try to access, another person’s Account or data, or our systems, without permission;
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer any Product, or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it;
- scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Services with bots or other automated tools, other than through the features and exports we provide;
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or security testing without our written permission;
- upload or send viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
- resell, rent, sublicense or share a subscription or an Account, or give access to people outside your business, without our written permission;
- impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your connection with them;
- give false, misleading or someone else’s information when you sign up, pay or contact us, or use a payment method you are not authorised to use;
- open Accounts or request refunds repeatedly in order to use a Product without paying, or get around any limit, plan or security measure;
- use the Services or their content to build a competing product, or remove or hide any notice of our rights;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through any form or feature of the Services.
We may investigate suspected breaches and, where the law requires or allows it, report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Your content and data
In shortYour data stays yours. We use it to provide, secure and support the Product, as the Privacy Policy explains.
You keep ownership of Your Content. We do not claim any ownership rights over it.
You give System RiseUp a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, process and display Your Content, only as needed to provide, secure, maintain and support the Services for you and to meet our legal obligations. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Services, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in backups for a limited time.
We do not share Your Content with third parties for marketing. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for Your Content: for its accuracy, for having the right to add it, and for making sure it is lawful. The reports, charts and figures a Product shows are based on what you enter, so their accuracy depends on your entries.
You can export your data with the export features of each Product, for example to Excel in SeeYourProfit. We recommend that you keep your own copies of important records.
Intellectual property
The Services, and everything in them that is not Your Content, belong to System RiseUp or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes the software, source code, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, the names System RiseUp and SeeYourProfit, our logos and our other brand features.
As long as you follow these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Products you subscribe to for your business, to the extent your plan and Account status allow. We keep all rights that we do not expressly give you.
You may not use our names, logos or other brand features without our prior written permission.
Feedback
We welcome ideas and suggestions about our Services. If you send us feedback, you allow us to use it freely to improve our Services, without any obligation to you. We are not obliged to act on any feedback. Please do not include confidential information in it.
Third-party services
The Services rely on, or link to, services provided by other companies, such as payment processors, hosting and email providers, and messaging apps. Those services are run by their providers under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content.
Availability and changes to the Services
We work to keep the Services available and reliable, but we cannot promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Maintenance, updates, problems with the internet or with third-party providers, and events outside our control can affect them.
We improve our Products over time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove or materially reduce a core feature of a Product you pay for, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can, and you can cancel before your next renewal.
We may stop offering a Product. If we do, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can, and explain how to export your data and what happens to any period you have already paid for.
Suspension and termination
In shortWe can suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, non-payment, serious breaches or legal reasons. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first and let you export your data.
You can stop using the Services at any time and cancel your subscription as described above. You can also ask us to close your Account by contacting us.
We may suspend or close your Account, or limit your access to the Services, if:
- you break these Terms in a serious way, or repeatedly;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse or an unfounded chargeback;
- your use harms, or puts at risk, the Services, other users or us;
- payment is not made after the grace period, in which case the Account usually becomes read-only rather than closed;
- you have given false information about who you are or about your business;
- the law, a court or a competent authority requires it.
Where we reasonably can, we will tell you before we act and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may act without notice in cases of fraud, a security risk or a legal requirement.
Effects of termination. When an Account is closed, your right to use the Product ends. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law, continue to apply. Unless the Account was closed for fraud or the law prevents it, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export Your Content before it is deleted. If we close your Account when you have not broken these Terms, we will contact you about any period you have already paid for.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties other than those stated in these Terms, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
SeeYourProfit is a tracking tool. It helps you record and see your sales, expenses and targets. It is not an accounting, tax, legal or financial advisory service, and nothing in our Products or on the Website is professional advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your entries, for your financial records and for your business decisions. For advice about your situation, consult a qualified professional, such as an accountant.
Some legal systems do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only as far as the law allows.
Limitation of liability
In shortIf something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, as far as the law allows.
To the extent permitted by law:
- System RiseUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from or related to the Services, even if we were told that such damages were possible;
- our total liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless System RiseUp and its owners, staff and contractors against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought by third parties that arise from Your Content, from your misuse of the Services, or from your breach of these Terms or of the law.
We will tell you about any such claim, and we may take part in its defence with counsel of our own choosing.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute about them or about the Services, are governed by the laws of the place where System RiseUp is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you have a problem with the Services, please contact us first. Both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter informally, for a reasonable period, before going to court.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be decided by the competent courts of the place where System RiseUp is registered. If you are a consumer, you also keep any right you have under mandatory law to bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we change our Services or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
If a change is material, we will give notice before it takes effect, for example inside your Account or by email. Changes apply from their effective date.
If you continue to use the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with them, stop using the Services and cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Severability
If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only as far as necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the plan details shown when you subscribe, are the entire agreement between you and System RiseUp about the Services. They replace any earlier agreements or statements on the same subject.
If we do not enforce a right under these Terms straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a reorganisation or the sale of a business, as long as your rights under these Terms are not reduced.

These Terms are published in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ or conflict, the English version applies.
